Direct/indirect lighting is a good solution for one‐person offices. The indirect component makes the cellular office layout feel bigger and brighter. Pendant luminaires above desks are a common solution, or recessed luminaires can be used in combination with a task light – as an alternative that’s easy to adapt to individual needs. Freestanding luminaires and task lights are excellent ways to allow office employees to control the light level and position according to their ongoing needs.
